Faxify Plan Update: Fax Passes and Dedicated Numbers

We want to be upfront about a few changes to Faxify's plans, why we made them, and what they mean for you.

Faxify is an online fax service from Const Agility, LLC, for individuals and businesses in the United States and Canada. Like most services, our costs have gone up over time. To keep Faxify dependable and here for the long run, we've made some adjustments — and used the opportunity to make a few things genuinely better, especially for occasional users and for anyone who needs their own fax number.

What's changing

The free plan is now 5 pages a month. It's still free every month — no trial, no credit card, no expiry — but the monthly page count has come down. If you occasionally need more, the new Fax Pass below is made for exactly that.
A dedicated fax number is now included on every monthly plan we sell today — Standard, Professional, and Elite. You can receive faxes 24/7 on your own number and use it as your sender ID, with no separate rental fee. This used to depend on the tier; now every new monthly subscription includes it.
New: single Fax Passes. Need to send just one fax without subscribing? You can now buy a one-time Fax Pass — $2.99 for a fax of up to 25 pages, or $4.99 for up to 100 pages. Pay once, use it when you need it, no subscription.
The Basic tier is closing to new sign-ups. If you're already on Basic, nothing changes: you keep your plan and continue renewing at the same price for as long as you like. We're simply no longer offering Basic to new customers, so that every new subscription comes with a dedicated number.

Why we made these changes

Honestly — rising costs. Faxing carries real per-page and per-number costs behind the scenes, and we'd rather make a small, transparent change now than quietly cut corners on reliability or support later.

We also tried to shape these changes so they're fairer, not just cheaper for us to run:

Occasional senders get a pay-once option (the Fax Pass) instead of being nudged into a monthly subscription they don't need.
A dedicated number is now standard on every monthly plan we sell today — Standard, Professional, and Elite — rather than a premium reserved for the higher tiers.
The free tier stays free every month — recurring, not a one-time trial — which is still unusual in this category.

How many free fax pages does Faxify include now? Faxify's free tier includes 5 pages every month in the US and Canada — no credit card and no trial. In the mobile apps, free sending is supported by short ads; the web app has no ads. It renews every month. If you occasionally need more, you can buy a one-time Fax Pass instead of subscribing.

Can I send a fax on Faxify without a subscription? Yes. Faxify sells one-time Fax Passes: $2.99 for a single fax of up to 25 pages, or $4.99 for a single fax of up to 100 pages. A pass is paid for once, never expires, is used only when your fax is actually delivered (it is restored if the fax can't be delivered), and covers one fax. No subscription is required.

Which Faxify plans include a dedicated fax number? A dedicated fax number for receiving faxes is included on every annual plan and on the Standard, Professional, and Elite monthly plans. Only the free tier and the Basic monthly plan are send-only.

I'm on the Basic plan — does anything change for me? No. If you already subscribe to Basic, you keep your plan and continue renewing at the same price for as long as you like. Basic is simply no longer offered to new customers; existing subscribers are unaffected.
