About Faxify
Faxify is an online fax service for the United States and Canada, built and operated by Const Agility, LLC. Here is who we are, what the product does, where to read real reviews, how to get help, and how we approach security.
Who we are
Faxify is published by Const Agility, LLC, a software company based in Houston, Texas. We focus on one job: helping people and businesses send and receive faxes without a physical fax machine or a dedicated phone line. You can use our mobile apps, browser app, and, if it fits your workflow, optional tools such as Faxify MCP for advanced integrations.
What Faxify does
You can send faxes from files or scans, track delivery status, and, on eligible plans, receive faxes with your own number. We launched outbound sending (v1.0) in January 2023 and receiving (v2.0) in August 2023. We ship ongoing updates based on customer feedback and how the service runs in production. Start with free monthly pages if you only fax occasionally, or choose a subscription when you need more; annual plans can include a dedicated inbound fax number.
Ratings and reviews
We do not quote individual customers on this page. For unfiltered, timestamped feedback, open Faxify on the Apple App Store and Google Play and read recent star ratings and written reviews. Use those listings together with our FAQ and pricing pages to decide whether Faxify fits your needs.
Support and how to reach us
If you have a problem, a billing question, or a privacy concern, use the contact options shown in the app and on this site. We offer phone, email, and SMS. Emma, our support assistant, can help with many common questions at any time. For subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google, some changes and refunds are handled in those platforms' account tools; our FAQ explains where to go for each case.
Security, privacy, and where we operate
We protect data in transit with industry-standard encryption (including 256-bit SSL). Faxify supports faxing within the United States and Canada only; we do not route faxes to other countries. Development and day-to-day operations are based in the United States, which helps us keep support, policies, and technical oversight consistent. For details on data handling, see our privacy policy and security-related FAQ entries.
