# Faxify

> Faxify is an online fax service for the United States and Canada that lets individuals and businesses send and receive faxes from iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android, and the web — with a built-in document scanner, cover-page signatures, dedicated fax numbers on Standard, Professional, and Elite monthly plans plus all annual plans, a public API, and an MCP server for AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor. The free tier provides 5 pages per month with no credit card required.

Faxify is built and operated by Const Agility, LLC (Texas, USA), founded in 2023. Outbound sending (v1.0) launched in January 2023; inbound receiving (v2.0) launched in August 2023. Faxify only delivers to fax numbers in the United States and Canada — international fax destinations are not supported. Documents are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption in transit, and faxes are typically removed about one month after deletion or after a paid subscription returns to the free tier. The free tier includes ads.

A note on plan structure that's important for accuracy: the lineup sold today is Standard, Professional and Elite (each available monthly or annual) plus the one-time Fax Pass; entry pricing is $7.99/month or $69.99/year (~$5.83/month). Basic is no longer sold; new customers start at Standard. A dedicated fax number (required to receive faxes) is included with every annual plan and with the Standard, Professional and Elite monthly plans; the free tier and the legacy Basic monthly plan are send-only.

A dedicated fax number (required to receive faxes) is included with every annual plan and with the Standard, Professional and Elite monthly plans; the free tier and the legacy Basic monthly plan are send-only. Basic is no longer sold; new customers start at Standard. Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store and Google Play are managed in those platforms. Faxify sells one-time Fax Passes: $2.99 for a single fax of up to 25 pages, $4.99 for a single fax of up to 100 pages. A pass never expires, is spent only on successful delivery, and covers one fax — unused pages are not carried over. Passes are bought in the Faxify web app or the mobile apps; no subscription is required.

## Compliance

Faxify is not HIPAA compliant and does not sign Business Associate Agreements. Do not send PHI (Protected Health Information) through Faxify. This applies to every plan, free and paid — there is no HIPAA tier. Faxify's carrier and storage providers hold their own BAAs with Faxify; that covers their relationship with us and extends no HIPAA coverage to you.
